My First Scholarship

Finally, I got my first scholarsip in my life!. And this scholarship was so amazing! Going to Japan for free during 3 weeks. I join SUIJI (Six University Initiative Japan Indonesia), these university are Bogor Agriculture University, Gadjah Mada University, Hasanuddin University, Kochi University, Kagawa University, and Ehime University. Its like exchange program but focuses on service learning program (SLP) that we usually called “KKN” in Indonesia. because students in Japan don’t have SLP and japan’s government thought that was important! They started to learn it from Indonesia. Wohoo. I am so proud about it! 

In my collage, this program only open for agriculture major such as veterinary medicine, forestry, agriculture, animal science, agricultural technology. And the requirement to join this program as usual GPA more than 3, TOEFL more than 450, has taken credit semester (SKS) more than 100 and so on. For the first, I doubt to join this program because it coincides to my graduation day in August. But, one of my best friend, Denok kept trying to convince me. Rida, chance never come twice! Take this chance and you will know! Denok was a student who join SUIJI Program 2 year ago, she said that, this program very useful and give you more experience. Moreover, in this year, SUIJI Program offer full scholarship (cover round trip air ticket and living expenses during there), I only need to pay visa, travel insurance and for additional needed or for buying some gift. And after complete some requirements, I decide to join this program, i will take graduation in November. And finally! Allah SWT maha baik, he give this chance to me. i received this scholarship! I will go to Japan in 17^th August – 7^th September 2013. Alhamdulillah. Thanks Allah SWT.. I really love you..
